Your data is stored securely and encrypted where applicable. Phone numbers are encrypted at rest. We use secure session tokens and CSRF protection. We retain your data as long as your account is active.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your display name and pet reports are publicly visible on the platform. Phone numbers are never displayed to other users. We may share data if required by Saudi law or legal process.

Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase Authentication to verify your phone number during registration and login. Your phone number is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy. No other personal data is shared with third parties.

Under the Saudi PDPL, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
